What is Venture Capital?

Venture capital means financing your start-up, development, expansion or purchase of your company, whereby we, as the venture capitalist, acquires an agreed proportion of your share capital (equity) of your company in return for providing the requisite capital.  We normally provide this type of funding to new or existing firms which exhibit potential for above-average growth.
