Inter-Ocean Venture Capital aims at
assisting both start-up and small existing operations in achieving
their business plans. Our assistance is generally achieved through a
mix of equity and debt finance, as well as an active role on the
company in terms of decision making, where required.
In addition Inter-Ocean Venture Capital is able to assist potential
partners through the provision of other financial services such as
corporate structuring, legal advice, tax planning and administrative
services. These additional services are either provided by
associated Group companies or preferred external suppliers.
Since establishing itself in Mauritius since 1994, Inter-Ocean
Venture Capital has been involved in a number of investment ventures
in a number of different industries and markets.
